If your project needs more detailed planning, we offer a full feasibility study — a structured process involving our in-house architect that gives you a site visit, Auckland Unitary Plan review, early layout options, indicative build costings, and a written summary report. The feasibility fee is credited to your project if you proceed with us.

Your renovation is managed by our team as the head contractor. We coordinate all trades — builders, electricians, plumbers, tilers, and painters — so you deal with one team throughout. All tradespeople are qualified, insured, and LBP-certified where required.

We manage full home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, home extensions, structural alterations, villa and character home renovations, recladding, and minor dwelling builds. We operate as head contractor across all of these — handling consents, trades coordination, and project management under one roof.

We operate on total cost clarity — real costs passed through to you, plus our margin. There are no hidden markups on materials or subcontractors, and no inflated fixed-price contracts. You see what things actually cost. This approach means you're never paying a premium to cover someone else's contingency.

No. We have an in-house architect we work with closely, particularly at the feasibility and consent stage. If you already have an architect or interior designer you'd like to continue working with, we're experienced at collaborating within that structure.

Yes. Consents are part of what we manage. We work with our architect to prepare and lodge building consent applications, liaise with Auckland Council, and ensure your project meets all relevant code requirements.

Our project manager is your single point of contact from start to finish. They manage the build programme, coordinate all trades and material deliveries, handle any issues that arise on site, and keep you informed throughout. You don't need to chase anyone — that's our job.
