Lachie Wilkinson
Founder + Project Management
Craft has always been a strong part of Lachie’s ethos and he has vast experience in the building and design work for high-end homes, having worked on building sites from the age of 15. Service is the other side of Lachie’s ethos, he started his own business at age of 25, NZs largest fractional boat ownership program which included managing and maintaining high end boats to an exceedingly high standard. Lachie noticed many commonalities of maintaining these luxury vessels, and the homes and properties of their owners. There was a real need streamlining work, to be done without complication, with professionalism and without ‘surprise’ expenses. And so Yourtradie was born…
Jen Jones
Client-Side PM + Consents
Where do we even start about Jen! Over the past 10 years, she has worked with established New Zealand commercial businesses including NorthWest Shopping Centre, Auckland Airport, BNZ, BP, Lumino, Flight Centre and more, managing their construction projects, as well as undertaking many residential projects. We are so lucky to have partnered with Jen as our client-side PM for our larger scale renovations.

Interior Design + Sourcing
With Elena every interior really goes beyond expectation! One of the many great things about Elena is that she takes the time to understand how you use your home and your taste to really bring your vision alive. Elena has over 10 years in the design industry after studying at Otago University and the University of Texas, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Clothing and Textile Sciences and Design, a Post Grad Diploma in Advertising and a Diploma in Interior Design.
Josh Edington-Lalande
Architectural designer + consent management
Everybody wants Josh on their team! Before retraining as an architectural designer, Josh worked as builder, so has an in-depth understanding of the renovation and building process. Josh brings 12 years of commercial interior and architecture experience and 9 years of residential architecture experience to the team. Josh also is the man with a plan when it comes to all things consents and will manage that process on your behalf! When not designing stuff, you’ll find him on the water as an avid sailor and surfer!
Richard Church
Site Forman + Qualified + LBP Builder
“Everybody loves Richard” is the most used phrase from our clients. Nothing is a problem for this man, and he has gained great experience in high end new builds and renovations. Already a fully qualified builder, since joining Yourtradie in 2021 Richard has also become LBP qualified and moved into our site foreman role.
