Lachie Wilkinson
Founder + Project Management
Building has always been in my blood. I started on sites at 15, working on high-end homes and learning that quality, trust, and attention to detail are key to any great project.
At 25, I launched New Zealand’s largest fractional boat ownership program, managing luxury vessels for clients who demanded the best. I quickly saw the similarities between maintaining high-end boats and renovating high-end homes — both require trust, professionalism, and no surprises.
That’s why I started Yourtradie. Our goal is to make renovations simple and stress-free, handling every detail so our clients can enjoy exceptional results without the headaches. Clear communication and quality craftsmanship are at the heart of what we do, and it’s how we’ve built trust with clients across Auckland.
Jen Jones
Client-Side PM + Consents
Where do we even start about Jen! Over the past 10 years, she has worked with established New Zealand commercial businesses including NorthWest Shopping Centre, Auckland Airport, BNZ, BP, Lumino, Flight Centre and more, managing their construction projects, as well as undertaking many residential projects. We are so lucky to have partnered with Jen as our client-side PM for our larger scale renovations.
Elena parry
Interior Design + Sourcing
With Elena every interior really goes beyond expectation! One of the many great things about Elena is that she takes the time to understand how you use your home and your taste to really bring your vision alive. Elena has over 10 years in the design industry after studying at Otago University and the University of Texas, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Clothing and Textile Sciences and Design, a Post Grad Diploma in Advertising and a Diploma in Interior Design.
Richard Church
Site Foreman + Qualified + LBP Builder
“Everybody loves Richard” is the most used phrase from our clients. Nothing is a problem for this man, and he has gained great experience in high end new builds and renovations. Already a fully qualified builder, since joining Yourtradie in 2021 Richard has also become LBP qualified and moved into our site foreman role.
