Typical management fee ranges:

Projects $400,000–$800,000: 15%–18% of the build cost
Projects over $800,000: 12%–15% of the build cost

This covers project management, trade supply, scheduling, site supervision, quality control, and council compliance. All fees are clearly outlined before work begins.
