Reeded glass — one of our favourite details to work into a bathroom right now.

It adds privacy without closing the space off, and the way it plays with light throughout the day is something else. Pair it with aged organic brass hardware and you've got a finish that feels considered, one that'll age beautifully without ever feeling dated.

Introducing St Benedicts street, Newton!

Originally built in 1886 as The D. Arkell Bottling Store, this landmark holds considerable local and regional significance as one of the rare surviving remnants of Auckland’s early industrial and brewery history.

Converted into five apartments in the 1990s, we were fortunate to be invited to work on this special historic building. Our recent works included structural upgrades, layout changes, and the addition of an extra bathroom and bedroom to suit the family’s needs.

We also introduced new flooring, a modern kitchen, and extensive basement upgrades—transforming the home into a truly unique space that balances heritage character with modern living.
