Where damage is localised, a partial reclad or targeted repair can be the right call — but only after a proper investigation confirms the scope. We assess before we scope, so you're not exposed to underquoting.
Cladding Upgrades — Renovation Integration
A reclad is an opportunity to improve thermal performance, upgrade insulation, change the exterior aesthetic, or integrate an extension. We plan for both remediation and renovation outcomes from the start.
Weathertightness Repairs
Flashing replacements, membrane deck repairs, window surround resealing, and targeted repairs where damage hasn't spread to framing.

We start with a free on-site consultation, then move into a paid feasibility and scoping phase — moisture testing, invasive checks, and an indicative build cost — before any contract is signed.
This fee is credited to your project if you proceed. From there we manage consent, coordinate every trade, and keep you updated weekly through to council sign-off.
