Yourtradie Build operates as head contractor across all residential renovations in Auckland. That means one team manages every trade — builders, electricians, plumbers, tilers, and painters — from first conversation through to completed build. You deal with us. We handle everything else.
01.
Free initial consultation
Get in touch and we'll arrange a free one-hour consultation. We'll come to site, talk through your vision, and give you an honest read on scope, consents, and budget. No commitment required.
02.
Feasibility study (if needed)
For larger or more complex projects we recommend a full feasibility study. Working with our in-house architect, we carry out a site visit, review the Auckland Unitary Plan, develop early layout options, produce indicative build costings, and deliver a written summary report. The feasibility fee is credited to your project if you proceed with us.
03.
Scope and pricing
Once scope is agreed we produce a fully itemised cost breakdown. We work on total cost clarity — real costs passed through to you, plus our margin. No hidden markups, no inflated fixed-price contracts. You see exactly what things cost.
04.
Consents
Where building consent is required, we manage the full process. We work with our architect to prepare and lodge applications, liaise with Auckland Council, and keep the project moving.
05.
Build
Our project manager runs the full build programme — scheduling trades, coordinating deliveries, managing on-site issues, and keeping you informed throughout. You have one point of contact from start to finish.
