Mt Eden

This 1920s villa on Plunket Road, Mt Eden, was due for a considered refresh — one that respected the home's heritage character while bringing its key spaces into line with how the owners actually live. The scope covered the main bathroom, laundry, master bedroom, and ensuite.

Design & planning

The team worked in collaboration with Origin Design Studio to develop a design that felt cohesive across all four spaces. The brief leaned into the villa's bones rather than working against them — pairing period-appropriate detailing with a restrained, contemporary material palette.

Standout selections included custom-built vanities, fluted glass, and Plumbline aged brass tapware throughout. The result is a finish that feels considered without being showy.
